Methodology
Compares the raw text content of any CIA World Factbook field between two editions. Text is split on sentence boundaries and compared using sequence matching. Differences are classified as additions (new text), deletions (removed text), and replacements (modified text). Field names are resolved through the 414 canonical name mappings.
